I made this scarf & hat for a friend's birthday gift. It was a quick fun & rewarding project. Saturday morning activity as it was too cold for yard sales.
I cut 4 hat pieces and 8 strips to create the tassels. The scarf is just seamed at the long edge with zig-zag stitching and cut into a fringe at the ends. Nice & warm.
